Terms and Conditions

Introduction

This Mastermind Program Participant Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Vanguard Solutions, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the registered participant, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant."

1. Participation and Conduct

1. The Participant agrees to actively engage in all mastermind program activities, including but not limited to group sessions, workshops, and community interactions.
2. The Company reserves the right to remove a Participant from the mastermind program at its sole discretion if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unethical, or detrimental to the overall learning environment.

2. Disruptive Behavior

1. The Company defines disruptive behavior as any conduct that interferes with the learning experience of other participants, including but not limited to excessive negativity, disrespect, or any actions that hinder the constructive exchange of ideas.
2. In the event of disruptive behavior, the Company reserves the right to provide a warning to the Participant and, if necessary, to terminate their participation in the mastermind program without refund.

3. Ethical Conduct

1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves ethically and professionally throughout the mastermind program.
2. Any unethical behavior, as determined by the Company, may result in the immediate termination of the Participant's enrollment without refund.

4. Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Messaging

1. The Company is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Sexual harassment, inappropriate messaging, or any form of unwelcome advances are strictly prohibited.
2. Participants engaging in such behavior will be subject to immediate removal from the mastermind program without a refund.

5. Refund Policy

1. Participants removed from the mastermind program due to disruptive behavior or ethical violations are not eligible for a refund.
2. In the event of removal, the Company reserves the right to retain any fees paid by the Participant.

6. Confidentiality

1. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared within the mastermind program, including but not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, and personal stories shared by fellow participants.

7. Termination by Company

1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the mastermind program or a Participant's enrollment for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond the Company's control, without liability.

8. Governing Law

1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed, in accordance with the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.

By enrolling and paying for the program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Mastermind Program Participant Agreement.
