InterActive Synergy, LLC, is her Digital Marketing Agency. Since 2003 they have been focusing on marketing strategy and effective websites.

Many of their clients are not tech-savvy, so they frequently translate geek-speak and technology into marketing strategy and requirements. They help clients with list building, lead nurturing, and online promotion.

Richard is a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design [NSCAD University] and has received both a degree in Communication Design (B.Des.) and Fine Arts (BFA). He has also earned the professional certification, Certified Design Professional (CDP), conferred by the Design Professionals of Canada.

He is an accomplished marketing professional, and graphic designer, with more than 30 years’ experience. His marketing agency, Vanguard Solutions, helps businesses grow and focuses on practical digital strategies to help them attract more customers, build customer loyalty, and grow market share.
